How I like to practice yoga off the mat: Wow. What a huge question! Most recently I’ve been working on recognizing that the other person is me. To uncover a deeper truth of me, experientially. That each interaction and event of my life, without exclusion, is an opportunity to learn, heal, elevate and merge in Self more deeply. From breathing consciously each breath, allowing that moment of mindful pause over reaction, cultivating an attitude of gratitude even in the most challenging times and, of course, having infinite patience with my 7 year old son and 9 month old daughter! FYI, the yoga of parenting is real!!
