What kind of yoga I teach: Kundalini Yoga.
My mantra these days: Everything is happening in divine timing and what are you vibrating!
An Asana, Kriya OR Meditation that has been resonating with me lately is: Sodharshan chakra kriya - This kriya is very powerful and reminds me of the importance and impact of activating the navel every day to cultivate clarity and focus.
How I like to practice yoga off the mat: I focus on being present with myself and my life. I live my life with a focus on loving and respecting the Earth and doing my part to address climate change and love and kindness to humans. My true yoga is to focus on the strength of my community.
My sign: Virgo with Sagittarius rising.

Favorite local juice/tea spot: Flowerland on Solano Ave.
Where I go for a nourishing meal: Sanctuary Bistro and Ajanta Indian food.
What’s on your yoga playlist right now: Simrit Kaur and Rising Appalachia.
A few of my favorite yoga teachers are: Gurmukh Kaur, Jai Dev Singh, and Richard Freeman.
A ritual I love: Visiting hot springs. In between trips to hot springs - a hot bath with essential oils and epsom salts. I love being in water!
What I am letting go of this year: I am letting go of focusing my energy on things that are not lifting my heart and mind.
What I am embracing this year: I am embracing slowing down and listening to my intuition. I am allowing my creative force to lead my way to my destiny.
