Join me on a week long journey inwards, to that place of stillness where you can access your True Self. We will spend the week together learning to listen to the whispers of our Intuition and diving deep inside to experience our most authentic selves.
We will begin our journey together on the Summer Solstice, June 21st. I chose the Summer Solstice, as the energy of this time is all about igniting our inner fire, and diving deeper into our own innate wisdom and intuition.
On the evening of the Summer Solstice there will be a 2 hour workshop where we will meditate, learn about our own personal intuitive gifts and take a deeper dive into how we can each access our personal intuition more easily. We will end our evening together with a short Summer Solstice ritual. We will then spend 7 days deepening this practice within ourselves through meditation, yoga and journaling.
During our 7 days together you will:
Be given a daily meditation practice to follow.
Receive live yoga class each morning. This will be a combination of receiving information, meditation, kriya, asana and mantra.
These will all be recorded, if you can’t attend the live class.
Be given journal prompts each morning.
Be a part of a private Facebook group, where we can all share about our experience in a safe place.
This course is designed to:
Give you tools to gain deeper access to your Intuition, and align you with your True Self.
Guide you in the direction of Trusting your Intuition more.
Harmonize and heal the 7 chakras along your spine.
Inspire you to ignite your inner voice and inner creativity.
When this course is finished, my hope is that you will naturally start to be more aligned with your Higher Purpose in this life, have more courage to live your Truth and start to move more fully in the direction of your Dharmic path.
