Learn to read energy like a pro! We are all intuitive in our own unique ways, reading energy all the time, but often we’re unaware of how we receive information and why. In this fun and interactive workshop, we’ll look at the many ways we each intuit information, so you can better understand your own gifts. From there, we’ll learn to deepen our connection to guidance, working with energy in a safe and effective way. Through both movement and meditative exercises, solo and group work, we’ll learn energetic tools the professionals use! Why? Well…why not?!
