100 Hour Advanced Teacher Training & Bridge to Lotus Flow™️

Date: March 14th to May 10th - weekends 1-6pm - orientation Friday 3/13 6:30pm

Location: Laughing Lotus Yoga Center San Francisco - 3271 16th Street @ Dolores Street 

Reignite your passion for your practice and teaching and grow tremendously as a teacher through learning bold educated instruction and create a nurturing environment to connect more deeply with your students to assisting in deepening your students' practice and understanding of Yoga. Our 100 Hour weekend Advanced Teacher Training will focus on cultivating trust in your voice as a teacher to step out of your comfort zone and explore teaching and practicing new poses, sequencing, hands-on assists, mantras/chanting and Yoga philosophy.
