Spend the morning with Dana Damara as she explains the real meaning behind Ha-tha yoga = sun and moon. Learn how to align your own practice with astrology. Learn about the essences of the planets, transits and retrogrades and how it can affect your life.
Asana Workshop - 12:45-2:45pm
Join Dana for a dynamic, asana-based yoga workshop that includes pranayama, asana and meditation. This Workshop is designed for all levels of practitioners.
