Drift: Neuro-Meditation at Audium

Join us for a special Drift: Neuro-Meditation sound bath experience in one of San Francisco’s most unique sound spaces, the Audium sound theater. On December 11th at 7pm we’ll explore neurofeedback composition and discuss how this 50+ year old, science based art form, can be used to profoundly improve our meditation and relaxation practices. Joshua W Bruner will perform meditative music by sonifying his brainwaves while you sit back and enjoy the immersive soundscape. You may choose to meditate in your own way or you can simply listen and observe as if it’s a normal concert.
