✤ Learn the structure and components that make up a kids yoga class, plus easy classroom management techniques.
✤ Learn developmentally appropriate poses, songs, breathwork, games and meditations. Then create your own yoga story, song or game to use with kids!
✤ Begin right away to teach children ages 3-12 using fun mindfulness, yoga and meditation tools!

All yoga mats, print outs, materials and props provided, please wear comfortable clothing!
