This qualifies for Continuing Education credit with the Yoga Alliance or credit in the Yoga Tree 500- or 1000-hour Teacher Training.

Uma Dinsmore-Tuli, Ph.D., met yoga in 1969, at the age of four, and fell in love. She’s been practicing ever since, and teaching yoga since 1994. She’s a yoga therapist specialising in women’s health, a mother of three, author of several books, including the radical Yoni Shakti, co-founder of the Yoga Nidra Network and Total Yoga Nidra. Uma’s workshops and talks are nourishing, irreverent, friendly, welcoming, challenging and hugely delightful fun.
