They will guide you through a variety of somatic exercises, dyads, journaling explorations, and group exploration. Through this workshop you will gain essential skills to support you in creating greater integration with previously disowned parts of yourself.

Ford Peck
Ford has over 20 years of experience as a healer and a teacher of yoga and meditation. His passion, in all of his work, is helping people reconnect with their own innate sense of wholeness, well-being, and a felt-sense of connection with all of life. Through connecting with these qualities, his students and clients can then experience more loving relationships and more joy, clarity and empowerment in their lives. Ford has a masters degree in counseling psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute, is certified in SHEN Physio-Emotional Therapy, and is a Certified Teacher and Senior Trainer of iRest (Integrative Restoration) Meditation.
Juna Mustad, SEP
Juna has been coaching people for over a decade on how to create healthy relationships, develop emotional intelligence, and embrace their full potential. As a coach and intuitive, she works with individuals, groups, and organizations in journeys of growth and transformation to improve communication, foster leadership skills, and support overall wellbeing.
