On November 17, Grace Cathedral is hosting a fundraiser, Yoga for Change, to benefit The Community Preschool, which provides scholarships to 2/3 of its students, reserving its full scholarships for children from the Tenderloin and other at-risk neighborhoods. The fundraiser includes a candlelight yoga class, which starts at 7pm, with a reception to follow.

Now in its fourth year, Yoga for Change seeks to raise $30,000 to benefit The Community Preschool, Grace Cathedral. The Community Preschool seeks the richness of a diverse classroom by intentionally enrolling families from the varied socioeconomic backgrounds, ethnicities, religious traditions, gender identities and cultures represented in the city of San Francisco. It is an extraordinary early childhood program that prepares children not just for kindergarten success, but for life itself.
