Do you offer meditation classes? Yes, we offer diverse weekly meditation classes including Mind-Body Journeys, Guided Meditation, iRest Yoga Nidra, Meditation for Healing Illness and Trauma, Chakra Meditation, The Practice of Presence as well as monthly and seasonal workshops.
