Parking/closest public transportation: Parking lot on site and bus right above on Bridgeway or take a lovely ferry into town and walk 10-15 min.
What was the inspiration behind the studio? I had worked in the beauty and fashion industry for many years in NY and I wanted to create a brand that was more then skin deep. A business that truly made an impact on people lifes daily. A gathering space that made them feel transformed, joyful and light for a lifetime.
What style of yoga classes are taught at your studio? Vinyasa, Aerial, Hatha Strength, Bhakti, Yoga Therapy, and Sound Baths weekly,
Do you offer meditation classes? Sound baths and meditation workshops.
Do you have Kirtan at your studio? We have had Jai Uttal and we do offer some evening kirtans.
Do you offer special events or workshops? We offer many Harmonia events, screenings, concerts and live music to cherish the musical history, DJ parties, membership parties, trunk shows, art openings, cacao ceremonies, ayurvedic workshops, tarot workshops. We also rent out rooms for corporate gatherings, off sites, and parties.
What kind of students would resonate with your studio? All levels are welcome. Our members are like our family. We are a lovely tight community that is growing.
