How long I’ve been practicing yoga: 23 years as a continuous practice, first discovery (gulp!) 47 years ago.
How long I’ve been teaching yoga: 20 years.
What kind of yoga I teach: ParaYoga with Yogarupa Rod Stryker.
My mantra these days: Yoga is a state, not a pose.
A posture that has been resonating with me lately is: Yoga Nidra in savasana.
How I like to practice yoga off the mat: Sharing smiles and eye contact.
Favorite way to celebrate the Fall: Gazing at the turning leaves on the vines in Sonoma.
My Intention for this Autumn: Rest more, accept more.
My sign: I'm an introverted Leo.
The last book I read was: The Yoga Taravali, Part III, "Perfection Through Yoga," Adi Shankaracharya, 8th century.

A ritual I love: Swimming laps while silenting chanting my mantra.
