Colorado’s Premiere Yoga Festival Announces 2017 Yoga Lineup!

Seventh Annual Hanuman Festival June 15-18 Offers Internationally Renowned Leaders in the Health, Wellness & Global Service Community

Boulder, Colorado – Hanuman Festival announces the addition of internationally-renowned yoga teacher Seane Corn to the 2017 line-up. The festival, scheduled June 15 - 18, is held in beautiful Boulder, CO and features more than 25 yoga teachers including Rod Stryker, Annie Carpenter, Amy Ippoliti, Sianna Sherman, Saul David Raye, Janet Stone, Anand Mehrotra, Gina Caputo, Nicki Doane, Elijah Ray and Mary Clare Sweet.

The Colorado yoga festival landscape is dramatically different this year: Wanderlust Aspen and Yoga Journal LIVE! Estes Park will not host events in 2017, giving way for Hanuman Festival to be the premiere yoga festival. Despite the shifts, Hanuman Festival believes people need yoga now more than ever and is eager to host the seventh annual national reunion of yogis, promising a vibrant and transformational experience for the thousands of health-conscious attendees who flock to Colorado for this one-of-a-kind festival.

New this year is the Peak Experience Package. Designed for the avid practitioner seeking more growth in her practice, the Peak Experience package includes a full weekend pass, Thursday immersions, catered meals with gourmet chef Jeff Jepsen of SunWater Spa, access to daily master classes, and exclusive small-group roundtable discussions. Annie Carpenter, Sianna Sherman, Amy Ippoliti, Janet Stone, Gina Caputo will lead discussions on topics such as “Evolution of a Teacher: Authenticity as a Source,” or “The Light Inside: How to Turn on the Inner Light when Life Gets Dark.” This pass offers a VIP-like experience with bonus amenities, but at a reasonable price. 3-day (Friday - Sunday) and Thursday Immersion passes are also available. Annie Carpenter and Anand Mehrotra are scheduled for half-day Immersions. Thursday also showcases the premiere of Hanuman Academy’s Five Elements of Yoga Immersion LIVE, a full-day immersion lead by five teachers: Saul David Raye, Sianna Sherman, Janet Stone, Juan Pablo Barahona, and Sreedevi Bringi.

Additional instructors teaching at this year’s festival include: Nataraja Kallio, Anton Mackey, Dayna Seraye, Jaya Lakshmi & Ananda Yogiji, Kat Tudor, Olivia Hsu and Yogaslackers Matt and Kristen. The full Music and Inspirational Speaker line-up will be announced this Spring.

Located on the scenic grounds of the Boulder High School’s great lawn next to Boulder Creek, adjacent to the Boulder Farmer's Market, Hanuman Festival features yoga classes Thursday - Sunday. The Vendor Village, presented by SunMountain Center, will feature over thirty conscious exhibitors and sponsors selling and sampling everything from clothing to jewelry to art and food. Yogis can gather in the SunWatering Hole to relax, eat and chill with their tribe. The Community Tent will host a daily community yoga class, musical acts, panel discussions and inspirational talks throughout the day. Ceremonies are scheduled throughout the weekend to unite community together and designed to honor the heritage and celebration aspects of yoga. Friday and Saturday night festivities will feature music by Elijah Ray, Jaya Lakshmi & Ananda Yogiji, Saul David Raye and other renowned artists.
